Francesca`s Campagna in West Dundee

Even though we didn't have a reservation they got us in within half hour on Happy National Pasta Day.Food & service consistent and DELICIOUS.

My partner and I have been to a few Francesca's restaurants, and this one is just as good as the rest. The restaurant itself is elegantly decorated and the food is clearly made fresh and on site. We ordered the seasonal special sweet potato soup and some standard entrees. All were brought to the table quickly and at the appropriate temperature. My only complaint is that the fresh ricotta cheese on top of the gnocchi was quite cold compared to the rest of the dish. Other than that, the flavors were full and we had to restrain ourselves from finishing the entire portion. When you're hankering for Italian food, definitely opt for a Francesca's restaurant over Olive Garden!

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was attentive but not overbearing, the food was quality and the timing of the food was perfect for our occasion. The ambiance of the place was cute and well designed. The GM of the place found out that my wife was pregnant and ran out to buy us sparkling grape juice!Thanks so much, we had a blast! :-)

Great Italian eatery in the Elgin/West Dundee area. Consistent good food quality and excellent service.
